The design of the room feels cramped, especially with a bathroom door situated right at the foot of the bed, which lights up the room when opened. Two towels in a room for five people just doesn’t cut it, especially after a long day of travel, making a late-night run to the front desk for supplies frustrating. Additionally, the elevator chirp is alarmingly loud.

The hotel was nice overall and in a great area. Our upgraded room was spacious and clean, making it pleasant for our stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, accommodating our needs during the trip. We were extremely satisfied with the service received, enhancing our experience during this work visit.

Oh, and the breakfast was a disaster. no spoons and tables that hadn't seen a cloth in ages. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but honestly, I just couldn’t.

The staff were very nice and attentive during my stay. The city view from my room added a refreshing vibe to the overall experience. I appreciated the hotel's secure location, which made me feel safe.

The pool was great for relaxation, and the trundle bed was perfect for my teens. Our room was clean and comfortable for our short stay!
